Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
At LovingIs, we are committed to developing Artificial Intelligence systems that are safe, ethical, and respectful of human dignity. The Loving Language Model is designed to support human connection and emotional well-being. This policy outlines how we uphold privacy, ethics, and transparency in all aspects of the system.

Our framework is grounded in the Responsible Data Governance (RDG™) Standard by XRSI, global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA where applicable), and international AI ethics principles.
2. Guiding Principles

  • Transparency : Users will always know when they are interacting with AI.

  • Privacy by Design : Personal and sensitive data is collected minimally and only with clear purpose.

  • Autonomy & Consent : Users remain in control of their data and decisions.

  • Accountability : Roles and responsibilities are clearly assigned for all data and AI operations.

  • Fairness & Non-Discrimination – Regular reviews are conducted to reduce bias or harm.

  • Continuous Improvement – This policy and our practices are regularly updated.

3. Data Collection & Use

  • We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.

  • Sensitive categories (health, emotions, or inferred states) are handled with heightened protection.

  • Data is never sold or used for hidden profiling.

  • Users may opt out of data retention and request deletion at any time.

4. AI System Use & Boundaries

  • The Loving Language Model is designed to offer supportive, empathetic interactions, not medical or legal advice.

  • AI outputs are logged for accountability and can be explained upon request.

  • Automated decision-making is limited, and human oversight is applied where outcomes may affect well-being.

  • The model is trained and monitored to avoid harmful or manipulative behavior.

5. Privacy & Security Measures

  • Encryption is applied in transit and at rest.

  • Role-based access controls ensure that only authorized personnel can view sensitive data.

  • Regular audits and privacy impact assessments are conducted.

  • Incident response protocols are in place to address data breaches.

6. Third-Party Data Governance

  • Vendors and partners are required to follow equivalent governance and privacy standards.

  • Data shared with third parties is minimized, anonymized where possible, and bound by strict contractual controls.

7. User Rights
Users have the right to:

  • Know what data is collected and how it is used.

  • Access, correct, or delete their data.

  • Opt out of automated decision-making.

  • File complaints or concerns directly with LovingIs or applicable regulators.

8. Regulatory Compliance
This policy aligns with:

  • GDPR (European Union)

  • CCPA/CPRA (California, USA)

  • HIPAA (USA healthcare contexts)

  • OECD AI Principles and EU AI Act (draft requirements)

A compliance matrix is maintained to ensure governance practices map to these regulations.
9. Oversight & Accountability

  • A cross-functional Ethics & Data Governance Committee oversees AI practices.

  • Data Owners, Stewards, and Custodians are designated per RDG™ standards.

  • Annual external reviews are conducted to validate ethical and privacy commitments.

10. Continuous Review

  • We conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new features.

  • We maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for trust, privacy, and fairness.

  • This policy will be updated regularly and published transparently.

Let’s Begin, Together.

Our LovingIs logo represents the Butterfly Effect of Love, the idea that even the smallest act of love can create waves of transformation. Just as a butterfly flapping its wings can influence change across the world, LovingIs AI is built on the same principle showing how love, when set in motion, can shape a kinder and more connected future.
